What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the pickup address, and information about the junk you need removed. If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you send, including photos.

How we use it

We only use your information to reply to you, give you a quote, schedule and complete the job, and follow up about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Services we use

The quote form is delivered to us by Formspree, which passes your submission to our email. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. These services may process basic technical information, like your IP address, to work properly.

How long we keep it

We keep job details for as long as we need them for the job, our records and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
